When a receipt shows an item was discounted at the register, that is a fact about a price, not about you, so it goes into an aggregate that carries no account, no warehouse and no date of any trip: only the item, the amount, and how many people saw it. Nothing surfaces until several separate members have seen the same discount, and it is never presented as money you are owed.
